Multiculturalism; Tolerance and the Law

Interesting evening lecture with Hon. Mark Dreyfus QC who spoke on ‘multiculturalism; tolerance and the law’ asserting that we need to make sure the substance of our laws are in accordance with the needs of a multicultural community.

Mark is the Federal Member for Isaacs; as well as Australia’s Shadow Attorney-General and Shadow Minister for Arts. A former Director of the Law Council of Australia;  Mark served on the Victorian Bar Ethics Committee; Victorian Bar Council and in 1999 he was appointed as a Queen’s Counsel.
